- All members and visitors must accept the rules of the Queenstown Tennis Club as given in the club's constitution.
- Under the terms of the Privacy Act 2020, Queenstown Tennis Club keeps a database of members' personal data relevant only to the normal activities of the club. This data is also available to Tennis New Zealand. Selected relevant data is also held on the Pay2Play database which the club uses to manage its courts bookings and electronic gate entry systems. Members' personal information will never be divulged to another party without said members' prior approval.
- Participants in the Twilight competition must accept that their name and contact telephone number will be listed on the QTC website and posted on the clubroom noticeboard.
- All competitions shall be conducted and played within the rules of the tennis, the local rules and other regulations of the Club. All Seniors & Juniors must be Affiliated Members of the Club to play in competitions.
- Club members must ensure that new members are assisted in arranging games & meeting other members of the club.
- Members are required to maintain a reasonable standard of dress and footwear. Either white soled shoes or non marking shoes. Identification shoe tags will be provided with your membership & must be worn at all times. This will be monitered by the Management Committee.
- Courts must be booked through the Pay2Play bookings system. Single court bookings per person maximum 1 hour per court. Senior members have priority over junior members from 5 pm.
- Membership abuse will be dealt with by The Committee on an individual basis & The Committee will have the right to cancel their membership if abused.
- No bikes, rollerblades, skateboards, chewing gum or alcoholic beverages are permitted on the courts.
- All matters regarding sponsorship, fundraising, visiting teams, events, must be approved by the Committee.
- All players are expected to know & observe the etiquette & rules of the game of tennis, and adhere to the Code of Conduct as published in the club handbook.
- Complaints must be submitted according to the Complaints Procedure as published in the club handbook.
