All coaching at Queenstown Tennis Club is managed by Mark Milburn through his company Queenstown Tennis Coaching. The club itself does not offer any form of coaching. 

Mark was born in New Zealand and started playing tennis when he was 7 years old. At the age of 16 he joined the Otago tennis team and was ranked their #1 player for the Southern District's Team. He won the Southland Championships when he was 18 years old. His Best Year was 1996 when he was unbeaten as the #1 player in the national tournament.

He was ranked number 15 in New Zealand in 1996. He had a successful junior career and is well recognized in New Zealand. Mark has been coaching for 18 years now, including spells in the UK. During the year Mark was in London, working as a tennis coach he assessed the ability of potential scholarship students at the Sutton Junior Tennis Centre in Rosehill. He also had the opportunity and pleasure to work with disabled kids and found this to be a very rewarding experience. During his tennis career Mark has won the Otago Championships 8 times (3 singles - 5 doubles).

Mark's programmes are very popular and get booked up quickly, especially those for kids.
