- Clauses 4.1, 5.1 A (iii), 5.5 (c), 7.3 (b & d), and 7.8.1 all make reference to Senior Members Aged 60+. However, this is not a membership category at QTC. We will take a vote on changing this to Senior Members Aged 65+.
- Clause 8.2 states “The committee shall consist of up to ten committee members”. As the club is growing in membership and involved in many tournaments, events and fundraising, it is the recommendation of the current committee to change this to allow the committee to consist of up to 12 members. A vote will be taken on this proposal.
- Clause 8.2 also lists the existing executive positions. There is no current provision for a Vice President, and it is the recommendation of the current committee to change this to allow the position of Vice President to be added. A vote will be taken on this proposaL.
A two-thirds majority in favour of the attendees with voting rights is required to pass each of the amendments.
