Notice of Queenstown Tennis Club 2026
Annual General Meeting
To be held Wednesday 19 August, 6:30pm at the Queenstown Bowling Club in the Queenstown Gardens.
Voting Members may submit (in writing) to the Club Secretary [email protected] by 7pm Monday 10 August on the following:
Proposed motions or resolutions (including amendments to the Constitution);
Nominations for President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Club Captain, or the Committee. There are vacancies in the Secretary and Club Captain positions;
Nominations for Patron;
Nominations for Life Members; and
Any items of business expressly permitted by, and properly notified under, the Constitution to be decided at a General Meeting.
An agenda will be sent out not less than (7) Days’ prior to the Annual General Meeting.
