MEMBERSHIP DECLARATION
- Membership Details: The details set out in the Application for Membership Form are true and Correct. If my details change I agree to notify the Club of the changes as soon as possible after they occur.
- Tennis New Zealand Affiliation: The Club is a Tennis NZ affiliated Club which means the Club and its members have access to tennis tournaments (local, regional and national) and Matchub Rankings. Accordingly, the Club members are affiliated members of Tennis NZ, Tennis Southland and the Southern Lakes Tennis Association.
- Privacy: I agree that the Club, and other Tennis NZ affiliated Member organisations can use the Membership Details for the purpose of a National Database of affiliated tennis club members relevant to normal tennis activities.
- Compliance with Rules: On acceptance into the Club, I agree to be bound by the constitutions, rules, regulations and reasonable directions of the Club, Tennis NZ, Tennis Southland and Southern Lakes Tennis Association. - Consent to be a Member: By making an application for membership I consent to becoming a member of the Club and the affiliated member organisations of Tennis NZ, Tennis Southland and Southern Lakes Tennis Association.
