The Club ladders are based on senior and junior Saturday club singles play. Players are awarded one point each week for attendance and one point for each set won.
Additionally, players may also challenge others on the ladder up to three places ahead of their own ranking. Challenges cannot be declined more than twice, and must be completed within a fortnight of the date of challenge. Successful challengers will move up to the challengee's slot, and then all those on the ladder will move down one spot to accommodate.
At the end of the season the overall men's and ladies winners will recieve the Citation Property Men's Trophy or the Rei Tainui Ladies Rose Bowl.
